2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to place an order. We deliver only to addresses in the UK (including Northern Ireland and the UK islands) and the Isle of Man.
3. Our products
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development. They are not for human or veterinary use. Product descriptions list the strength, composition, contents and storage conditions printed on the packaging. Packaging may vary slightly. See our Research Policy. [LEGAL REVIEW]
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free UK delivery. Payment is taken by card on a secure payment page provided by Niftipay (operated by Retailrus Ltd) and its card processor. We never see or store your card details.
5. How the contract is formed
When you click "Place order and pay" you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email after your payment has been confirmed. If we can't accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full. [LEGAL REVIEW]
6. Delivery
We dispatch within by tracked delivery. Your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order confirmation. The goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or someone you name. Please refrigerate at 2–8°C on arrival. See Delivery & Returns.
7. Your right to cancel
You can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To cancel, tell us clearly — for example by email to or by post to our trading address. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
Exception: the right to cancel does not apply to a sealed pen once its seal has been broken after delivery, because sealed goods that are unsealed are not suitable for return for health protection reasons (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(3)(a)).

We will refund the price you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you give us evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier. If we have not yet sent the goods, we will refund within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. We refund using the same payment method you used.

8. Faulty or damaged goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 30-day right to reject. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Please tell us as soon as possible with a photo.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
